Jeppe, Dahlman 1807, leather craftman

If parents knew... It is not so much what they say but what they do that has an impact on their children. Jeppe’s parents love antiques and have a taste for high quality craftsmanship. Jeppe did not want to spend the rest of his life in an office working in front of a computer. So, working with leather was a natural choice as it was one of his hobbies. There was no real choice than learning by doing as there is no formal training for leather craftsmanship in Denmark. The possibility to acquire the Dahlman atelier and shop in 2017 was like a dream come true. So he seized the opportunity. To continue one of the world’s oldest leather goods companies, but also a savoir-faire combining old traditions and innovation.
